<image:caption>Founder As an intersex and trans-identified public health professional, I have over 15 years’ experience centering the lives of queer and transgender people of color in research and health services. In past roles, I have trained health departments and nonprofit organizations on providing competent care and services for transgender clients, adapted several HIV evidence-based interventions for transgender women and collaborated on a rapid needs assessment that interviewed transgender men about their HIV risks. I have provided qualitative research interviews and analysis on multiple projects with institutions such as UCSF, San Francisco State University, and recently, the Georgia Department of Public Health.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Lead Consultant With a life-long commitment to social justice, I use my talents in the service of systemically vulnerable populations. Within these efforts, I include attention to the compounded vulnerabilities of communities informed by the intersection of disability, economic, gender, immigration, and racial inequities. Toward these ends, I bring more than five years experience with direct-service roles in education support; 5 years policy and data analysis work; workforce development experience; and an academic background in Gender Studies (policy and law emphasis). My lifelong commitment to social justice is informed by my own experiences as an African American transgender man with a learning "disability", who navigated juvenile justice and foster-care systems in my youth.</image:caption>
